ORDERING AND ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASES
Before you submit your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order, and correct any input errors. Studio Passenger does not guarantee that all items included in the online store are in stock at the time of your ordering. In the event that an item is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail.
After submitting your order in the online store, we will send you an order confirmation & summary to the e-mail address you have provided. The order confirmation contains your order number, details of the items ordered, and delivery particulars. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive shipping information with tracking details from our courier.
We do not accept delivery to post office boxes, army post office addresses, or similar addresses. We reserve the right to not accept your order at our discretion.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are subject to change without notice. Changes will not apply to items already purchased. We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as payments through PayPal. All transactions are processed by Shopify to ensure secure payments.
DELIVERY
Our aim is to deliver your purchased items as quickly as possible. If items are in stock, the delivery time is normally 2-5 business days from the time you receive confirmation of your purchase. Packages are sent with a reputable courier and are insured during transit. If your package is lost, please contact us immediately so we can initiate an investigation.
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the items. To cancel, contact us at info@studiopassenger.com for a pre-paid return label. Refunds, including delivery charges, will be processed upon receipt of the returned items.
EXCHANGES AND FAULTY ITEMS
You can exchange items into different sizes and colors based on stock availability. For faulty items, contact us immediately for a resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.
